1. About These Terms

This website, aurtrs.com, is operated by AURORA FLOW INTERNATIONAL CO. LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 16718348, whose registered office is at Suite 13954, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom ("AURTRS", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

We ship worldwide, delivered to your door. A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions; if we cannot ship to your address, this will be shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, dimensions, and features. However:

• Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders placed on the basis of an obvious error, with a full refund.

4. Pricing, Duties, and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. The amount shown at checkout is the complete and final cost of your order. You will not be asked to pay any additional charge on delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We use Shopify Payments to process transactions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.

5. Electrical Safety and Intended Use

Our products are electrical hair styling appliances. Please read this section carefully.

• Use the product only as described in the instruction manual supplied with it.
• The product is designed for 110–240V operation and is supplied with a US-style two-pin plug. The wide voltage range makes it compatible with mains power in most countries.
• If you are outside the United States, you may need a plug adapter to use this product with your local wall sockets. A plug adapter changes the shape of the plug only and does not convert voltage; because this product supports 110–240V, a voltage converter is not required.
• Never use the appliance near water, in a bathroom with running water, or with wet hands.
• Do not use the appliance on children or on anyone who cannot operate it safely.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while switched on.
• The automatic shut-off feature is a safety aid, not a substitute for unplugging the device after use.
• Allow the appliance to cool fully before storing it.

Failure to follow the instructions may cause burns, fire, electric shock, or damage to the product. Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect voltage, or failure to follow the instruction manual is not covered by the warranty or our returns policy.

Our products carry FCC, RoHS, and CE certification as applicable. They are not intended for commercial or salon use.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the AURTRS name, logo, product photography, text, and site design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to property arising from misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.

• Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to those rights.
• Consumers in the United States may have additional rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Consumers in Australia, Canada, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer guarantees retain those guarantees in full.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such rights, the statutory rights prevail.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
