Cody Cow

Our Bearabuddies make great weighted stuffed animals for adults and kids! By combining the benefits of weighted blankets with the familiar comfort of stuffed animals, our huggably heavy plush cow can help people of all ages reconnect with their inner child and transition into a restful mindset.

Every Bearabuddy is handcrafted with love to meet global product safety standards for ages 3+. Independent safety testing labs have tested and certified their compliance with these rigorous standards, including CE EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, AS/NZS ISO 8124, CA SOR/2011-17, and more. If you want to know more about these tests, or read our detailed testing reports, email us hello@bearaby.com — we’re happy to send them your way!

Our Bearabuddies are wonderfully weighted and handcrafted with love! Every Bearabudddy has a huggably heavy belly and protective super paws filled with all-natural Terraclay™. You can hold, hug, and carry them whenever you need a little extra help feeling calm!

Weighted stuffed animals (also known as weighted anxiety stuffed animals) are designed to promote grounding and help you feel secure, making it easier to relax during the day and drift off to sleep at night.

Like a weighted blanket, weighted stuffed animals work through Deep Touch Pressure (DTP), which activates your pressure points to reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) and increase melatonin and serotonin.

Our Napper weighted blankets provide evenly weighted DTP across your full body, while our Bearabuddies deliver more concentrated DTP that’s perfect for bear hugs. Each Bearabuddy has a huggably heavy belly that relaxes pressure points to help you feel secure, and extra weighted super paws that you can hold and squeeze to squash away stress.

You can rest with your weighted cow on your lap or in your arms, or hold your Bearabuddy for extra weighted comfort while using your Napper.

Our delightfully heavy-weighted plush cow get their weight from tension-melting Terraclay™: an all-natural, biodegradable clay that relaxes pressure points for calming comfort. Each Bearabuddy is handcrafted with love out of Terraclay™ and 100% cotton knit.

Each Bearabuddy is handcrafted with love out of 100% cotton knit, and filled with Terraclay™ and GRS-certified recycled polyester padding.

Studies have shown that resting under weight can lower our cortisol levels, helping us feel less stressed. Our weighted plush toys combine this stress-relieving super power with the sensory relief and emotional support of a stuffed animal. With huggably heavy bellies and flat, evenly weighted backs, the Bearabuddies are ready to give on-demand bear (or cow!) hugs that help you feel secure.

Each Bearabuddy also has protective super paws filled with Terraclay™ that you can use to squash away stress, push away worries, and lend yourself a helping hand as you transition into a calm, restful mindset.

Our Bearabuddies are machine washable! You can machine wash Cody Cow in cold water and tumble dry on low. We recommend washing your Bearabuddies inside a laundry bag to keep them in tip-top shape for many hugs to come.
